Agreement between the Club and the Member
Preamble
Members of our private and exclusive Club who have been vetted as adults are able to enjoy the beneficial effects of cannabis, legally and as responsible adults as determined by Chief Justice Raymond Zondo in his seminal Aston, Prince and Stubbs judgment in the Constitutional Court in 2018. The privacy of the club and the exclusive services afforded to Club members ensures compliance with the judgment on private space and usage. The law of the Concourt is the highest law and supersedes traditional prohibitions on the use of Cannabis. The law on Private Space is currently being encoded into legislation in the final draft of the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act
